1. A rectangular-shaped dais measuring 12x15 feet will be set up.
2. There will be two medium-height microphone stands and two smaller stands.
3. A neat carpet will be laid on the dais.
4. Water bottles and fruits/dry fruits will be arranged in the green room.
5. Three monitors will be placed on the stage.
